Her provided customer services are really beyond the normal treatment you get in Hanoi - super friendly and quick to response. You know what its like when you arrive in a foreign country and dont speak the language? Its all very overwhelming and confusing - I hardly know what any of the areas of Hanoi are all about. When I contacted Alan (Viet name Duy), she was very professional and found out exactly what my requirements were in detail before we even started looking. Most property agents in Hanoi are not that involved and will just show me anything which fits my budget, but Alan wants to take care of the details first such as why I wanted to live in a certain area.I could not have done it without her because the property owners mainly dont speak English but Alan was able to translate for me about every little details.
